How to measure your horse for a blanket

Stretch a tape measure or piece of string or twine from the center of your horses chest (level with the point of the shoulder) around to the center of the tail.  Make sure the tail is laying flat against the rump.  If the tail is not laying flat, measure to the center of the butt just below the rectum.  You want to ensure you are measure around the widest parts of your horse, the point of the shoulder, and hip should be within your measurement.

Your measurement in inches is your blanket size.  If you receive a measurement that is between sizes, select the larger size.
