5 Day Saddle Trial Policy

Mad Tack allows saddles to be taken on trial for a period of 5 days to ensure proper fit for horse and rider. 

A valid credit card is required.  Mad Tack places a hold against the credit limit for the full purchase price of the saddle.

If you are not satisfied with the saddle it must be returned within the trial period in the same condition as which it left.

The purchase hold will be released, usually within 10 business days, by your credit card company.

If you are not sure what you want, bring your horse to Mad Tack!   We have ample parking, and a generous riding area for saddle trials.  We also have an experienced saddle fitter on staff to assist you.  Please call ahead to ensure she is available.
